With the vast open plains of the Karoo,
mountainous terrain and 8 kms of river frontage, Riverside Hunting Lodge is a unique
property. Situated to the west of Colesberg on the Zeekoei rivier (a tributary of the
Orange River).
Abundant birdlife including the imperial fish eagle, black eagle, blue crane and the rare
Karoo Korhaan are a birdwatchers delight.
Springbuck, blesbuck and mountain reedbuck are available on site. Duck and guineafowl
shooting is available (seasonal). Or try your hand at catching the elusive yellow fish in
the river. |
